Campaign application terms and conditions

Article 4 (Prohibited matters)

The following actions are prohibited when applying for this campaign. If we determine that an applicant has engaged in any of the following actions, we may exclude the applicant from this campaign, or temporarily withhold or delete the submitted data, without prior notice.

3. Actions that cause inconvenience, disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to others

4. Actions that slander or libel others or damage their honor or credibility

5. Infringing on the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others

6. Actions that infringe on the property, privacy, or portrait rights of others

7. Providing information, advertising or solicitation for commercial purposes

8. Actions that violate public order and morals

9. Any act that violates the terms of use or other regulations of the SNS used for application.

10. Any other act that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of provision of the Service, etc.)

1. If we determine that any of the following circumstances exist, we may suspend or cancel this campaign without prior notice to applicants.

   2. If it becomes difficult to carry out this campaign due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages or natural disasters.

   3. When a computer or communication line is stopped due to an accident

   4. If the SNS service used for application is interrupted or discontinued

2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by applicants due to the suspension or cancellation of this Campaign as set forth in the preceding paragraph.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by applicants in connection with this campaign unless such damages are due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

2. We shall not be liable for any trouble that may arise between applicants or between applicants and third parties in connection with this campaign.

Article 7 (Changes to Campaign Contents, etc.)

The Company may change all or part of the content of this campaign or discontinue the provision of this service without prior notice to the applicant. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the applicant as a result thereof.

Article 8 (Changes to these Terms and Conditions)
