I started studying sports massage and nutrition at the age of 14.

If you notice, the therapist's career has also reached 14 years.

When I was a junior high school student, I participated in national competitions in track and field and kept top of my grade in academics, so I was seen by those around me as having a gorgeous honor student life.
But behind the scenes, I was so busy that I felt so desperate that I wanted to die every day.
Looking back, it must have been that I was suffering from depression even though I was a junior high school student.

But one day, I came to think that ``Let's live a life that I won't regret when I die''​,
Furthermore, my life goals began to change in a positive direction, saying, "In such a difficult world to live in, I want to create a world where I can enjoy my life" and "I want to build a peaceful world!"
(I am well aware that whether or not I can create a fun world now depends on my mind. I will omit it here.)

 

I have a diagnosis of ADHD and Asperger Syndrome.

Around the age of 20, I noticed that the owner of my part-time job always scolded me,

"Why can't I do the normal things that everyone else can do? Clearly strange to those around me... "

At first, I suspected that it was a memory disorder, but after researching and finding out, I realized it.

(At that time, I didn't have any money, so I couldn't even get a test, so I just got a diagnosis recently. LOL)

After noticing it, I understood my characteristics, so my life has become relatively easier than before.

However, these internal obstacles are difficult to understand, and social criticism is still severe.

And while meeting many people, there are those who find it difficult to live in this world.

I learned that there are too many, especially in Japan.

If you "GIVE" , you will be grateful and your happiness will increase.

 

This is the first time that people can be autonomous and independent, feel the present and have thoughts ,

I think I will become a person who can give back to this world.

Otherwise, world peace will never be realized.

That's why I want to convey everything I have, and find people who can live a happy life with even a little leeway.
